Overview
Moncton Commons was part of an overall site restoration project for the City of Moncton. Prior to construction, this site was an industrial maintenance facility and was extremely contaminated. TML worked closely with the client to convert this space into a community focused sports facility housing 10 baseball, and 6 full sized soccer/football fields.
Following its construction, this facility was considered the leading national standard for sand based, natural sports fields. Turf Masters completed all field construction and actively collaborated on design components while the work was in progress, as the original construction drawings from a previous consultant were terminated. Turf Masters was also responsible for developing a thorough training and maintenance program to further support the client and ensure the 130-acre site was maintained at an elite level.
